Product Application

5 gallon water filling machine is specialized for 5 gallon bottle water production. The whole machine include washing machine, filling machine and capping machine. Main Parts:

It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit.

In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer, washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.

In our rinsing machine, the barrel will be cleaned by multiple liquid, from alkali water to disinfecting water, and then to the pure water, to ensure every barrel can be cleaned absolutely. And then the filling machine and capping machine will start to work automatically
4) In our capping machine, there is pure water spraying device, to sterilize the caps, avoid any pollution to the beverage;
